Talent management field of education

The thesis focuses on a specific area of management, namely talent management in regional education. The thesis asks questions such as who is a talented worker, is talent welcome in the school environment, what methods do school principals use in talent management, what problems do they face and how do they try to prevent them? The first half of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical grounding of the concepts of giftedness and talent, including the differentiation of giftedness from talent through Gagne's 2020 model, then the concept of talent management is explained and the methods of talent management in identifying, developing and retaining talented workers in an organisation are described. The thesis is related to the field of human resource management in regional education, and therefore key documents related to the development of teachers are included. The aim of the thesis is to find out the methods used by school principals in managing talented emloyees. Damborská, K. Impacts of the reform of the financing regional education at high school in the district of Břeclav. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. The bachelor thesis deals with the impacts of the reform of financing regional education in the first months of functioning. The issue is researched at high schools in the district of Břeclav. First, the basic concepts are clarified which relating to the public sector, public goods and public finances. The thesis describes the system of financing before and after the reform. Finally, the initial effects of the reform on selected high schools in the district of Břeclav are identified.
Influence of Regional Education Funding Reform as Demonstrated on a Selected School

This thesis deals with the reform of the regional education financing. The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is the primary school financing analysis after the regional educational financing reform implementation valid from 2020. Both theoretical knowledge from the literature and legislative documents are used in the analysis of both financing systems. In this bachelor's thesis, a new interview system is analyzed using a controlled interview with the headmaster and compared with the system applied before the reform valid since 2020. Input the data for the analyzes are obtained from internal materials of the selected primary school. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, both methods of financing are evaluated and compared, and the benefits of the implemented financing reform to the overall budget of the primary school are described.

This diploma thesis deals with regional education and teaching local region at elementary school. The theoretical part is also focused on the situation of regional education and teaching local region at elementary school and their inclusion into curricular documents. The thesis also includes geographical characteristics of Municipality with Extended Competence Pelhřimov. The practical part of the thesis is formed by teaching material, which is the main aim of the thesis. It consists of documentation of four school trips and includes introduction activities, which take place at school and their aim is to touch the topic in advance. The educational materials are intended for teachers and pupils of the 4th and 5th grade of elementary school. The practical part is made consistently with Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education.
Internet Marketing in Czech regional education

The work deals with the possibilities of using internet marketing in the management of the schools involved in the regional system of Czech education. Based on searches of domestic and foreign literature and personal experience, the author explains and assesses how resources can be used for internet marketing activities and how to measure the results of such action. The work is complemented by research that answers the question of how school internet marketing resources currently actually use.
Teachers' attitudes to the curriculum reform

The thesis deals with teachers' attitudes to changes in the education and the curriculum reform of regional education system in the Czech Republic. The curriculum reform is a significant change for the education policy and the teachers' attitudes are important for the reform implementation. The methodology is based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Theoretical basis are the theories about teachers' beliefs and attitudes and a belief system according to Paul A. Sabatier. The teachers' approach to the reform is defined as their acceptance of the reform and the extent of their activities in the reform. The teachers' acceptance of the reform is formulated in two dimensions. The first one is teachers' acceptance of the reform objectives. The other one is teachers' acceptance of the new teacher role as a co-creator of the curriculum. The teachers' attitudes appear to be mainly problematic in the second category which deals to formalism of the reform. As main reasons of teachers' disagreement on the reform were identified the problems in the reform implementation phase, teachers' ideological opposition to the reform, inadequate explanation of the reform meaning by central authorities, which leads to a misunderstanding of the reform objectives by teachers, and an implementation of the reform...

Financing of primary education in the Czech republic

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the financing of primary education in the Czech republic. The thesis is split into three parts. The first part describes all types of schools and their legislation. The second part deals with the financing of education focusing on regional education and describes the planned reform of financing of regional schools. The third part is a case study of a selected primary school. The study consists of basic information about the school, analysis of income and expenditures and the school´s financial management in the years 2011-2016 with detailed focus on 2016. Based on these numbers, it further considers the relationship between the number of students and funds allocated to the school.
